Sussex vineyard rustic styled wedding

A laidback mid summer wedding celebration with festival vibe and full of locally grown seasonal British flowers. The brief was colour, joy and celebration and July in Sussex certainly delivered! The couple were married under a handmade arch by a friend overlooking the vineyard, which was simply decorated with flowers and foliage. The vintage props set the scene and included two magnificent peacock chairs for the bride and groom to relax in during the ceremony. The sharing platter meal in the open barn served on long wooden tables adorned with jam jars and antique bottles - collected by the brides family over many years.
The flowers were a wonderful mix of the seasons finest including nigella, geum, daisies, achillea, snapdragons, lupins, calendula, flowering mint, and many more. The result was a colour explosion and they smelt amazing!
